Steel Stud Framing
Interior and exterior light-gauge framing: partitions, bulkheads, ceiling framing and structural infill. We lay out off the drawings and build plumb, because everything that follows works off our lines.

Drywall
Board, tape and finish, Level 1 through Level 5. Fire-rated, abuse-resistant, shaft wall and acoustic assemblies built to the tested design, with skim coat where critical lighting calls for it.

Insulation
Thermal and acoustic batt insulation as part of the wall package, friction-fit and uncompressed so the assembly hits its rated value. Installed in sequence with our own framing, so nobody waits on a separate sub.

Comslab Floor Systems
Composite steel deck and concrete floor systems for multi-storey work. Longer spans, fewer supports and a faster floor cycle than conventional framing.

Acoustical Ceilings
Suspended T-bar grid, specialty panels, baffles and clouds. Grids shot with a laser and squared to the room, so the tile layout lands where the reflected ceiling plan says it should.

Acoustical Wall Panels
Fabric-wrapped and perforated acoustic wall panels that tame reverberation in offices, theatres and assembly spaces. Installed flush, aligned, and finished to the design intent.

Tectum Wall Panels
Impact-resistant acoustic panels for gyms, arenas and pools, where the wall takes a beating and the room still has to be quiet. Framing set to the panel module from the start.

Linear Wood Ceilings
Feature linear and slatted wood ceiling systems installed with the precision the material demands.
